Walk wisely, SAVE SOLES !

I found an important fact today ..
Heels and wedges : frequently wearing them can tighten and shorten
the Achilles tendon, which can be quite painful when you try to walk flat-footed again.

And ofcorse there is always a solution to everything .

What to do ?
Wear high heels 20 percent of the time. Slip into them maybe during
special event, dinner or some occasions .. Try not putting on them the whole time and day
